The purpose of the WARR Program is to give our tenants a opportunity to clear up any back rent charges they may have accrued on a delinquent account. It is not intended for the purpose of paying your currently monthly rent.

If approval to work the WARR Program, a minimum of four (4) hours a day is required to work. If your hours worked are too sporadic and/or less than 4 hours a day, your eligibility for this program will be revoked.

REMINDER: The LBHA is not obligated to provide this type of assistance. This program is a privilege, not a right!

This program works as such: Your immediate supervisor will be indicated. You will be paid minimum wage of $8.50 per hour. No tax will be deducted from your wages, the full amount you earn will be credited to the rent owed. If you have any questions, please ask. The WARR Program has been fully explained to me. I am willing to work for the Lower Brule Housing Authority to reduce my back rent.
